I have been actively exercising for over 20 years and have been a member of various gyms. Cross Fit Studio is by far the best one.


My experience working out at Cross Fit Studio has been wonderful. I was at the same facility downtown for 19 years and was hesitant to change but it has been the best decision!


This gym has just what i need. I tend to work out in the morning. When it’s not crowded. So i never had to wait for equipment. Additionally, i found the right trainer. Who helped me to reach my fitness goal for the month.
