HIIT VS CROSSFIT

While both are high-intensity, CrossFit and HIIT serve different purposes. HIIT focuses primarily on cardiovascular conditioning through short bursts of intense activity. CrossFit, on the other hand, is "constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity." It incorporates gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning to create a "GPP" (General Physical Preparedness) that HIIT alone cannot match. If you want to be strong, fast, agile, and enduring all at once, CrossFit is the superior methodology for total human performance.
