Recovery is where the magic happens. Your muscles don't grow while you're lifting; they grow while you're resting. Neglecting recovery is the fastest way to plateau or, worse, get injured. Incorporate active recovery like swimming or light walking, and don't skip your mobility work. The three pillars of recovery are: 1) Quality sleep (7-9 hours), 2) Proper hydration, and 3) Stress management.
